Bad, Autopilot, bad!

A newly released report showed that distracted pilots forgot about the landing gear during a domestic flight in Australia, which kicked the autopilot on and began steering the plane toward a mountain. Luckily, they noticed the peak in front before anything bad happened. But it’s a reminder that "set it and forget it" shouldn't apply to heavy machinery. 😬
